I have nothing but praise for Irene Slattery who works out of your Englewood Office. I have known Irene ever since we moved to Florida in 1998 through the Business and Professional Women of Englewood and Venice. (BPWEV) Every position Irene held in this organization, especially as Treasurer, she did a superb job and on top of it, she did it with efficiency, organization and always cheerfulness! So when she retired from banking and started her career again in real estate, I reached out to her, knowing she would apply the same principals to her new career as she had done in the past to her banking career and dedication to BPWEV. Irene lived at Englewood Isles with her parents and knows this neighbor very well. I could not have asked a more professional person to help me find a smaller home in this neighborhood. Irene contacted me as soon as a house came on the market which she knew would be the one I could be happy in. Everything went so smoothly, she knew who to contact, inspectors for all the inspections required and repair men to help with minor repairs. I recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in Sarasota or Charlotte County.

First I would like to say that I never write reviews. I'm not on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media. I have to say that I originally hired another well know agency. After 3 1/2 months I only received one low ball offer. I then hired Irene Slattery from Michael Saunders & Company. Right away I saw a complete difference in professionalism. A professional photographer was hired by Irene. Wow, it was like they were producing a music video and the house was the star. Irene's communication and knowledge just outstanding. It takes a lot for me to take time out of my busy day to write this. I would highly recommend Irene and Michael Sanders if you want your house sold. What the other agency was not able to accomplish in 3 1/2 months Irene did in one day. Yes, Irene sold my house in one day. I'm results driven...….she has it! Chris W.
