Five Stars all the way! Our realtor, Curt Cooke was FANTASTIC! We arrived in Venice on a Saturday and Curt had a number of homes lined up for Monday. He took his time with us and really listened to our needs and wants. After ruling out most homes we had it narrowed down to two with one really being at the top of our list. We looked at the property for a second time on Wednesday, made and offer and thanks to Curt we had a fast response with an accepted offer that evening. Being that we were only in town for the week, Curt worked his magic and we had the inspection on Friday while we were still in town. Everything was so smooth. Could not have asked for a better experience!
