About Me

After a 36-year career in banking, Irene has happily returned to real estate. She first became a licensed agent in 1990 in Sarasota, building a rapport and trust with customers for six years before venturing back to banking. Her exemplary career included being a Vice President and Senior Branch Manager at local banks where she developed her expertise in consumer and commercial loan functions as well as some residential lending. Irene continued to stay educated and informed on the real estate industry.

Exceptional customer service, kindness, reliability, humor, and respect are qualities she values and she mindfully integrates all of them into every customer experience. Irene’s extensive knowledge of Englewood and Sarasota is also an advantage for strategically selling properties and guiding buyers to homes that fit their needs and lifestyle. Combining all this with her banking experience, Irene offers concierge-level service throughout the home selling and buying process on all levels and answers every question from a place of value and education.

Originally from Westchester, NY, Irene moved to Englewood in 1979 after graduating from college. She soon after met her husband Gene and the two have been married for 33+ years, sharing two grown sons and five beautiful grandchildren she adores.

Aside from real estate, Irene loves the community and hometown atmosphere of Englewood and enjoys golfing, shelling at the beach, being outdoors, spending time with family and anything that involves her grandkids. Irene is also a 23+ yrs. active member of the Business & Professional Women of Englewood/Venice where she served as a treasurer and chairperson. Additionally, she is the current Vice President and Board Member of the Lemon Bay Conservancy, Inc. and Secretary and Board Member of Dollars For Mammograms, Inc. She also supports numerous charity efforts of the Englewood Florida Chamber of Commerce.
